IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Making process

All our robes are made to measure by hand. After you check out, I will send you measurement instructions. It is possible to schedule a free zoom call for a remote measuring and fitting session, but the measurements for robes are actually quite easy to take. You will only need a tailor's measuring tape.

If I do not receive a response to my emails about the measurements within two weeks, I WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND REFUND YOU.

This is especially important in case there's a deadline. I cannot begin working on your corset until I have the measurements.

Care instructions

The best way to resfresh a garment like this would be to spray it with alcohol in the spots that absorbed the odors. In case of stains, we recommend taking your robe to a dry cleaner. DO NOT WASH IN A MACHINE, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
